Job Description
General Support:
Collaborate with engineers and assist them in scheduling meeting, help to prepare technical documents.
Participate in design reviews meeting and record minutes of meeting.
Keep track of drawings and documents received and sent on each project.
Document Control:
Establish and maintain a systematic document control system for project documentation.
Receive, log, and distribute project-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Implement version control and maintain document repositories to facilitate easy retrieval.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to document control procedures and standards.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with project teams to track and manage design changes, ensuring timely updates to documentation.
Facilitate effective communication regarding document control procedures within the organization.
Update the design engineers on any deadlines and milestones.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of project documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in documentation and escalate issues as needed.
Work closely with project teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives in document control processes.
